Ne-am simtit minunat,personalul este extreme de amabil si prietenos, iar gazda foarte ospitaliera. Pensiunea este o oaza de liniste si frumusete. Vom reveni cu siguranta pe aceste meleaguri de vis, pline de istorie si de un farmec aparte!

Wir hatten das \"love story\"-Zimmer und haben uns darin nur wohl gefühlt. Alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Haus und Garten haben einen hohen Erholungswert. Die Gastronomie ist vorzüglich und alles zu Preisen, von denen wir zu Hause nur träumen können. Leider konnten wir nur so kurze Zeit Gäste sein. We stayed at Hilde\'s Residence for one night, while visiting Bucovina. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back. The staff was excellent, the location is amazing, the restaurant is great! We warmly recommend Hilde\'s Residence!

Sunt foarte putine hoteluri si pensiuni in Romania (cel putin cele vizitate de noi) care ofera servicii si profesionalism ca la dvs. Mincarea in restaurant este de o foarte buna calitate, iar ambianta (nu se fumeaza) este perfecta. O locatie foarte frumoasã, cu un aer autentic, dar si modern. As fi dorit mai mult traditionalism: podele de lemn si ceva obiecte specifice zonei - cateva oua incondeiate, ceramica din Marginea, gravuri cu manastiri, pirostrii în curte si ceaune, capite de fan si coceni... Dar va felicit sincer pentru putinele locuri de cazare care incearca sa pastreze traditia romaneasca.

Am fost placut impresionati de calitatea serviciilor din pensiunea dumneavoastra, cu precadere de amabilitatea personalului! Cu siguranta Hilde\'s Residence va fi si in viitor printre destinatiile noastre favorite de vacanta!

We (2 adults+1 baby) stayed in Apt De Luxe, which looks more like somebody\'s home, rather than a pension/hotel. We liked that. It was important for us that cleaning ladies did a very good job. Daily. The fact that Hilde\'s is located in the city turned out to be a good thing after all, as we were close to some nice spots to visit. The big back garden helped the atmosphere a lot. Other things. Rooms were really warm, bathroom had everything necessary (hair dryer, slippers, robes etc), towels were changed daily, food in restaurand was delicious as expected and special requirements (vegetarian) were met. Authentic traditional touch was also a plus. A big warm hug for the entire staff, who did their jobs with such light heart and so much joy!

One of the finest places in Moldavian Monastary Area is your place. Congratulations!

Este un loc minunat ,unde te simti ca acasa.Locatia si imprejurimile sunt superbe.Personalul este foarte amabil ,iar mincarea este excelenta.

O experienta inedita, o vacanta in care oportunitarea de-a imbina un stil de viata sanatos, de-a traii bucuria si emotia traditiilor bucovinene autentice dar si posibilitatea de-a fi in contact cu spiritualitatea strabunilor, vizitand frumoasele manastiri si targuri din apropiere,este maxima. Gazda si personalul pensiunii, prin disponibilitate si creativitate, concura la buna dispozitie a oaspetilor, dar si la expunerea unui loc de poveste, perfect integrat cu peisajul minunat din imprejurimi.

A really outstanding hotel. I specially apreciated the frank friendliness of all the staff. Thanks to the exceptional indian summer I could profit from the nice garden. The fresh apples right from the trees were delicious and allowed to stand my 36-hour train-trip back to Switzerland much better. As promised, I will send Andrea (reception) a short \"report\" of my journey back as well as some sample photographs as soon as they are ready. This is a nice, quiet, hospitable and comfortable place to stay in a very beautiful region of Romania that is worth visiting.

Delightful place to stay, extremely friendly and welcoming and very convenient for visiting the wonderful painted churches in the region. We are extremely glad we stayed here and not in any of the other larger establishments nearby.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in your restaurant and the staff patiently explained how different dishes were prepared (I have some dietary intolerances). We would recommend Hilde\'s to anyone.

All members of the staff speak very good English. We loved the orchard with the hammocks. We would have appreciated more and esp.more precise information about excursions other than to the monasteries. We are interested in traditional architecture and old houses, building types and ornaments.

We had a wonderful stay for which many thanks we were very well looked after. We have posted a review on trip advisor dated 13.September entitled \'charming and de luxe\'. The only very small thing that we missed was an English speaking channel on the TV otherwise our stay was perfect and we hope one day we will be able to return. Our regards to you all.

We had a wonderful time, the breakfast was simply fabulous, the apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable. The apple orchard was a pleasure and our son had a great time playing in the courtyard with the little dog. The surroundings are gorgeous, Bucovina is a wonderful place to visit for its beauty, history, traditions and warm wonderful people. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Sehr nette Anlage, Zimmer sehr freunlich und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad klein aber fein. Mit genügend Ablagen für Kosmatik und Haken für Bade- u. Handtücher.Die Runddusche ist bequem und man stößt nirgends an.Der Balkon ist breit und der Blick auf den Garten sehr schön.Gartenanlage ist liebevoll gepflegt mit vielen Blumen.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und das Abendessen wird frisch gekocht. Sehr zu Empfehlen die Topfenknödel.Die Speisekarte ist auf rumämnisch, englisch und auch in deutsch - was sehr angenehm ist.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The staff knew our names and were always helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make our stay great and our bike rental a good experience. muy cercano para visitar los monasterios pintados de bucovina a humor y voronet diez minutos, el personal amabilisimo, sobre todo la recepcionista que nos atendio, hablaba perfecto castellano, el hotel esta en un lugar tranquilo, muy bien decorado y comodo (Muy buen hotel y trato) totalmente recomendable por mi parte.

Maybe I missed it, but you should mention in your Website that you are just across from the train station. The room was excellent,and so were the food and the overall environment. The servers in the restaurant have a tendency to spend their time in the kitchen, so there is often noone to receive the customer or attend to him or her. The Internet connection was often down, but Andreia was great at getting it working again. Your reception staff was the best. Overall, a great experience.

Herrliches Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lage, nur leider nächtens ein bellender Hund in der Nachbarschaft. Dank Lucy´s Gastfreundschaft und ihren perfekten Deutschkenntnissen haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Va multumim frumos, abia asteptam sa va vizitam din nou.

Am avut o sedere foarte frumoasa, intr-un cadru natural cu o camera deosebita si primire calda. Bucataria a fost exceptionala. Micile inconveniente cu internetul (care nu a functionat o scurta perioada de timp) nu au influentat cu nimic bucuria "saptamanii de miere" petrecute la Hilde. La buna revedere!

Multumim dnei Lucy pentru disponibilitatea, amabilitatea si insufletirea cu care manageriaza aceasta afacere, unde te face sa te simti foarte relaxat si bine primit. Avem nevoie de astfel de locuri..Urez intregii echipe sa-i urmeze exemplul si inspiratia.

MINUNAT! anul trecut, in septembrie am petrecut cateva zile de vis in Bucovina; numai cuvinte de bine, totul la superlativ: curatenie in camera, mancarea delicioasa, iar despre personalul de acolo - numai ganduri bune - stiu sa-ti arate ca esti bine primit... am recomandat tuturor din suflet aceasta pensiune... sper sa ajung si anul acesta, macar pentru a servi o masa si a-i revedea pe cei de acolo...

Am fost de doua ori anul asta, am stat cite trei zile. Cel mai frumos loc posibil si, credeti-ma, plec aproape saptaminal pe undeva. Merita sa faci 600 km.abia astept sa mai revenim.Si sa nu uit de Marius-un baiat super."

Excelent! Pozitionare excelenta, usor de ajuns si in acelasi timp liniste. Ambianta de clasa - de la flori, arbusti, pomi si plante, pana la finisajele interioare. Mancarea minunata si cu retete deosebite dar mai ales din surse locale (laptele, laptele batut, platoul de afumaturi, branzeturile si placintele). Sper sa mai ajungem cat de curand.

A fost o luna de miere deosebita, atractiva si inedita din multe puncte de vedere. Am fost doi tineri insuratei cam raciti, iar gazdele noastre au facut tot ce le-a stat in putinta ca sejurul nostru sa nu fie umbrit de acest neajuns. Si nu a fost. Ce pot sa spun in cateva cuvinte: ambianta minunata, servire ireprosabila, niste bucate extrem de savuroase. Daca ajungeti la Hilde's nu ratati dulceturile si desertul casei. Veti vedea de ce. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Este un loc in care traditia romaneasca se respecta si cine-i trece pragul nu o sa regrete vreodata. Te simti ca la tine acasa si totodata oaspetele unei gazde care nu stie ce sa faca ca sa-ti fie mai bine decat la tine acasa. As avea mai multe de spus, dar ce sa mai vorbim ...Fiecare ar trebui sa se convinga la fata locului. De felul meu sunt o persoana... sa zicem pretentioasa, in limita bunului simt si vreau sa spun ca ce am vazut la Hilde's si serviciile oferite de colectivul Hilde depaseste orice poza si comentariu de pe site-ul pensiunii. Drum bun si noroc la zmeurata!!!

A fost superb, am stat 2 zile dar mai vroiam sa stam. Este un loc mirific, plin de caldura, un loc parca din paradis. "

......SUPERB...SUPERB....suntem o familie cu un baiat in varsta de 12 ani si am ajuns la HILDE'S datorita unui concurs national de judo. Am stat aici 6 zile cu neuitate amintiri...cu traditionalul SIROP DE BRAD, cu linistitoarele HAMACE puse in livada de meri , cu CIRESELE la discretie in pomii din jurul vilei. Am stat la apartamentul DE LUXE...unde intr-adevar este MINUNAT!! BRAVO GAZDEI........BRAVO TUTUROR CELOR CARE CONTRIBUIE LA ACEASTA PENSIUNE ....DE LUX !!

Am fost la Hilde's pentru un week-end linistit, departe de stress-ul si agitatia orasului. A fost exact ceea ce ne-am dorit: liniste, relaxare, ospitalitate si grija din partea gazdelor. Cu siguranta vom reveni...

A fost un vis frumos, dar parca nu a fost un vis. A trecut un an,dar inca mai verific disponibilitatea camerelor, in speranta ca vom reveni. Dintre toate concediile noastre, a fost singurul loc unde realitatea este mai frumoasa decat imaginile din fotografii. Merita pe deplin clasarea turistica, iar gazda vad ca nu se opreste niciodata. Acum exista si un restaurant, un motiv in plus sa revenim. Cu drag, Monica, Viorel si cei doi copii Andrada si Luca, care-si amintesc mereu de scarile din apartamentul rustik si de livada si de hamace si de masa mare din living si de catelul din curte si cum frigea gresia intr-o perioada cu ceata si ploi, cand credeam ca ne-am ratat vacanta, nici vara, nici iarna, dar de unde?! Eu ce sa mai spun, m-am simtit CA ACASA, am avut tot confortul, totul imi statea la indemana, m-am relaxat. Punctul slab? De la Constanta pana la Hilde’s facem cam 6 - 8 ore, dar e greu numai la intoarcere!

Am fost acolo in luna de miere si a fost de vis. Am stat din pacate doar o saptamana, dar, daca ar fi fost dupa noi, am fi stat mai mult. Mancarea, tot ce se serveste acolo, este natural: laptele, dulceata, branza etc. Toti de acolo sunt foarte primitori si ne gandim sa mai revenim. Cine vrea sa petreaca un week-end sau chiar luna de miere poate apela cu incredere pentru ca nu va fi dezamagit. Multumim tuturor de acolo!

O vazusem in fotografii, pe internet sau in pliante, dar nimic nu se compara cu realitatea. Si inca ceva: nu "evitati" prajiturile casei si afinata dnei Glaser.

Am vizitat Bucovina pentru prima data anul acesta in martie. Este un loc magic, iar doamna Glaser a fost o gazda minunata. Mancarea, cazarea, atmosfera, totul a fost perfect! Nu venisem decat pentru o noapte, dar am mai ramas una, desi ar fi trebuit sa ne intoarcem in Bucuresti. Va multumim si speram sa va mai vizitam candva.
